Alejandra combines psychotherapy with deep intuition in a warm, caring and practical manner. She offers transpersonal psychotherapy as the basis from which to explore and re-discover who you really are, beyond any labels. Alejandra helps clients to work through the following issues: stress, anxiety, relationships, low self-esteem, low confidence, depression, self-harm, parenting challenges, difficult family dynamics, trauma, and abuse.
After having lived in Venezuela, England, Spain and Russia, Alejandra settled in London. She believes in the beauty of the human spirit and the resilience to survive. Yet, she profoundly believes that surviving is not enough. Her desire is to support people to achieve their full potential by discovering their purpose, learning to live in their true essence and embodying their authentic selves.
Alejandra also has a BA in Russian Studies and Economics, and loves food, friendships, family and football.
