BASIC BREATH TRAINING PART 1-2
Participants will learn about dysfunctional breathing habits, the triggers, reasons, gains behind these habits through detailed breath analysis, breath coaching, coaching, morning exercises, toning, body mapping, dyadic exercise, projection exercise, work on their own dysfunctional breathing habits and learn new, functional breathing and thinking habits. There will be lots of work on the level of consciousness, that will lead to self mastery.
PROFESSIONAL BREATH COACHING CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME PART 1
BREATH COACHING TRAINING
Participants will learn about the fundamentals of breath and develop a the crucial theoretical and practical understanding of the discipline, including: the chemistry of breath; how the respiratory system works; how to activate breath; and how to conduct breath analysis and body mapping. The final day of this section will include a practical assessment.
Oral Exam 1: There is an oral exam the last day of Training Part 1.
Practiculum Sessions: The participants have to do 20 breath sessions in between Training Part 1 and 2.
Practiculum Lessons Part 1 and 2: The participants go over their sessions and their reports. Each bring 10 reports and go over their presentations about their sessions in each part. (20 sessions and 20 reports in total)
Written Exam 1: There is a written exam at the end of Training Part 1.
PROFESSIONAL BREATH COACHING CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME PART 2
RESPIRATORY PHYSIOLOGY AND CAPNOTRAINER TRAINING / ONLINE
Participants will be introduced to the psychology and physiology of breathing and breath coaching as an academically rigorous behavioural science. Lessons will focus on how breathing affects our chemistry, psychology, physiology and behaviour. This section will also include theory and practical examinations.
Practiculum Sessions: The participants have to do 20 breath sessions in between Training Part 2 and 3.
Practiculum Lessons Part 2 and 3: The participants go over their sessions and their reports. Each bring 10 reports and go over their presentations about their sessions in each part. (20 sessions and 20 reports in total)
Written Exam 2: There is a written exam at the end of Training Part 2.
PROFESSIONAL BREATH COACHING CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME PART 3
Participants will focus their attention on life coaching, including: what life coaching is; what it is not; how to secure a positive response from your students through asking meaningful and relevant questions; and how to deploy advanced life coaching methods and techniques to best possible effect.
Oral Exam 2: There is an oral exam at the end of Training Part 3.
Written Exam 3: There is a written exam at the end of Training Part 3.
Basic Breath Training
Basic breath training consists of two parts which will allow you to change all of your dysfunctional breathing and thinking habits. This course will completely change your life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually at all levels, and also is the first step for those who want to continue the Professional Breath Coaching Certificate Programme.
In each 3-person group, you will have 3 breathing sessions and detailed coaching activities each day during this intensive 20-hours course, where a breath coach works with you privately. Thanks to the coaching support and breathing sessions you receive, you will be able to review your entire life and easily reach the goals you set by working with the thoughts and breathing habits that limit you. When the action plans we make align with our intentions and values, we move on the world path with ease as we have the motivation and clear vision we need.
In the 1st part of the training;
You will learn what dysfunctional breathing habits are,
Triggers, causes of these habits,
How we can free ourselves from dysfunctional habits, what we need to pay attention to in breathing sessions,
Learn the meaning of breathing habits and how they are reflected in our lives, how we can transform our minds,
We'll move forward with detailed breath analysis, coaching support.
We will start the day with morning exercises, 40 days of abudance plan exercises, voice exercises, breathing exercises and meditation, which you can continue on your own every morning.
This part of the program will end with a strong sharing, forgiveness exercise and dyatic exercise after intensive mind studies.
In the 2nd part of the training;
We will continue meditation with morning exercises, abundance plan, sound exercises and breathing.
In this section we will delve deeply into breathing habits, discuss how they manage and change our thoughts and life habits.
As you continue to work at the mental level, your expansion will lead you to a unique space, a deep silence at the spiritual level.
At the end of this section, where strong methods such as advanced breathing practice, pool session and mirror session are applied, we will also provide ‘post-course advice’and advise you to take breathing sessions and meditation into your everyday life.
For those who wish to progress on a spiritual level, this section will be completed with group sharing through Wisdom Course content and Miracle Conciousness.
